These 18,000-gallon flowback tanks allow gases to safely escape through the top and liquids to be extracted from the bottom, allowing for efficient fluid management.

Uses:
These types of frac tanks are designed to handle high-risk gas venting in drilling projects. Each tank features an open top with an overhead fill line that begins at 4" in diameter and gradually expands to 12", with discharge holes in the final section.
This expanding pipe system slows the flow of returning drilling mud, allowing entrained gases to safely escape to the atmosphere rather than accumulating inside the tank. This design minimizes the risk of fire and explosive vapor build-up, providing an added layer of protection for oil and gas projects.
