Joe Brunetti

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Brunetti became CEO in April 2025. With 25 years of results-focused experience, Mr. Brunetti brings proven abilities to his new role. During his years in professional leadership, he's demonstrated his capabilities as a CFO and COO, as an effective planner and communicator, and has led teams across industry categories including waste management, logistics, container services, and rentals. Mr. Brunetti earned a BS in Business with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Fenton Moran

Chief Human Resources Officer

Mr. Moran brings deep experience in executive HR leadership and strategic advisory work to Ironclad. He has spent more than two decades building people systems and guiding companies through high-growth environments across industries including industrial rental services, environmental solutions, aviation training, and professional services. Based in California, he holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and advanced credentials in Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Change Management.

Justin Domer

SVP of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Domer brings 25 years of operational and sales management experience to Ironclad. An electrician by trade, he worked in the residential building space and operated his own business as a general contractor before joining the equipment rental and waste management industries more than a decade ago. As an executive, Mr. Domer is passionate about empowering both employees and clients to succeed. Based in Denver, he has a BS in business administration, management and operations from Purdue Global.

Mike Caskey

VP of Strategic Accounts

Mr. Caskey is a results-driven leader with 18 years of experience in the equipment-rental industry. At Ironclad, he leads a team focused on delivering tailored solutions to key vertical markets. Throughout his career, Mr. Caskey has successfully developed and executed strategic initiatives that align with customer needs and business objectives. He's committed to empowering his team, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sustained success. He attended Stephen F. Austin State University for his undergraduate and graduate studies and currently resides in Houston.

Christie Hazen

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Hazen joined Ironclad in 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience in financial leadership within the environmental solutions space. She's demonstrated the ability to drive change and success at an organization through innovative thinking with a focus on efficiency and value. She is based in Houston.

Jason Banks

VP of National Accounts

Mr. Banks joins Ironclad with more than 15 years of experience in the waste management and rental industries, where he has proven success driving sales and revenue as well as building sustainability programs for clients. At Ironclad, he's focused on supporting the national team while growing our footprint in expanding customer segments. He is based in Suffield, Connecticut, and has a degree in business administration with a focus on management.
