Gino Mersino

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to becoming CEO of IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino in 2026, Mr. Mersino spent nearly 26 years as the CEO of Mersino Water Solutions and the president of Global Pump Company, two organizations founded and nurtured by his parents and family. Under Mr. Mersino's leadership, Mersino and Global Pump grew to be internationally-recognized forces and the gold-standard in pump design, manufacturing, and engineered solutions. He holds a BS in finance from Michigan State University.

Joe Brunetti

President

With more than 25 years of results-focused experience, Mr. Brunetti brings proven abilities to his role as president of IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino. He previously served as CEO of Ironclad Environmental Solutions, and throughout his career has demonstrated his capabilities as a CFO and COO. An effective planner and communicator, Mr. Brunetti has led teams across industry categories including waste management, logistics, container services, and rentals. He earned a BS in Business with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Christie Hazen

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Hazen brings more than two decades of experience in financial leadership within the environmental solutions space to IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino. She's demonstrated the ability to drive change and success at an organization through innovative thinking with a focus on efficiency and value. She is based in Houston.

Fenton Moran

Chief Human Resources Officer

Mr. Moran brings deep experience in executive HR leadership and strategic advisory work to IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino He has spent more than two decades building people systems and guiding companies through high-growth environments across industries including industrial rental services, environmental solutions, aviation training, and professional services. He holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and advanced credentials in Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Change Management.

Jon Goalen

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Goalen brings more than 30 years of experience in industrial specialty rental and liquid management to IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino. Known for his practical, hands-on leadership style, he has extensive experience leading operations, building high-performing teams and executing complex growth initiatives. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Goalen leads the company's field operations, fleet, safety, and service delivery while helping drive continued integration and operational excellence.

Justin Domer

SVP of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Domer brings 25 years of operational and sales management experience to IRONCLAD powered by Mersino. An electrician by trade, he worked in the residential building space and operated his own business as a general contractor before joining the equipment rental and waste management industries more than a decade ago. As an executive, Mr. Domer is passionate about empowering both employees and clients to succeed. Based in Denver, he has a BS in business administration, management and operations from Purdue Global.
