Our float switches are designed for accurate liquid level control in nearly any application, including potable water, industrial, sewage, and wastewater environments. The float switch can be utilized to signify specific water levels or for direct alarm actuation. The durable outer shell and foam-filled interior provide for leak-proof operation and tremendous impact resistance.

SWITCH VARIATIONS
Normally open (N/O) – Green float
The contacts are open (or off) in the hanging position. As the float rises 1″ (5°) above horizontal, the contacts become closed and actuate (turn on) the switch. This float is generally used in pump-down applications.

Normally closed (N/C) – Green/red float
The contacts are closed (or on) in the hanging position. As the float rises 1″ (5°) above horizontal, the contacts become open and actuate (turn off) the switch. This float is generally used in pump up applications.

Single pole, double throw (SPDT) – Green/blue float
A variation of the N/O and N/C, this float switch can be wired as either (but not both) a normally open or normally closed switch based on the user′s need.

Electrical rating: 10 amp – 120 VAC, 5 amp – 240 VAC

The Global Pump light tower provides 4000 watts of light anywhere you need it: construction, emergency, industrial, mining, civil engineering and event lighting. With metal-halide lamps these light towers will provide light coverage for over 5-7 acres.

Global Pump QD fittings assemble quickly, providing tight seal connections that eliminate leaks. The Global QD fittings are precision crafted from galvanized steel, providing a longer life at a lower operating cost. There are no threads to clean, and the ball and socket couplings provide 30 degree flexibility in all directions. Fittings also available in various cam-lock and NPT options.

Global Pump offers our exclusive Global QD galvanized pipe which complements our Global QD fittings. The versatile Global QD system allows what seems like an infinite number of creative piping configurations.

With nearly 500,000 linear feet of aluminum Victaulic ring-lock pipe, steel Bauer pipe, fusible high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe ranging from 3″ to 18″ and fusion machines capable of fusing up to 36″ pipes, as well as all of the fittings to install almost any type of project, we have exactly what you need when you need it.

Green PVC suction hose
PVC premium heavy-duty green water suction hose with tough vinyl helix reinforcement ideal for most pumping applications. Available from 3″ to 12″ diameters; 10 or 20 ft lengths; Global QD fittings, camlock, or NPT.

Orange spiral suction hose
Flexible PVC, smooth bore hose, with rigid PVC helix reinforcement, used for suction and discharge in heavy duty applications requiring combined vacuum and higher working pressures. Perfect for rental / construction pumping. Available from 3″ to 12″ diameters; 10 or 20 ft lengths; Global QD fittings, camlock, or NPT.

Black HD suction hose
This heavy duty natural rubber suction hose with high tensile synthetic textile and steel helix wire reinforcement, is commonly used in industrial and construction services. Abrasion and weather resistant. Often used as a discharge hose. Available from 3″ to 12″ diameters; 10 or 20 ft lengths; Global QD fittings, camlock, or NPT.

Blue PVC discharge hose
Polyester yarn construction makes this popular PVC hose ideal for light to medium duty use in general purpose agricultural, irrigation, and construction applications. Available from 3″ to 12″ diameters; 50 ft. lengths; and Global QD fittings, camlock, or NPT.

Red MD 2 ply discharge hose
Two spiral plies and longitudinal synthetic cords make this PVC hose ideal for medium duty use in agricultural, quarry, irrigation, mining, construction and industrial applications. Available from 3″ to 8″ diameters; 50 ft. lengths; and Global QD fittings, camlock, or NPT.

Black HD 4 ply discharge hose
Black nitrile rubber, PVC blend, oil resistant, heavy duty tube used in irrigation, agriculture, general watering, dewatering, drainage, pump discharge, flotation booms, cable covering, industrial wash down and general discharge applications. The industry standard for Heavy Duty applications. Available from 3″ to 12″ diameters; 50 ft. lengths; and Global QD fittings, camlock, or NPT.

Cargo hose
This oil suction and discharge hose is for delivery of oil or water. It has a working pressure of 250 psi and the nitrile tube is reinforced with multiple high tensile synthetic tire cords with round steel wire helixed in rubber. The synthetic rubber cover resists oil, weather, and ozone. Stock options: 4″, 6″, 8″, 10″ and 12″ IDs (10′ and 20′ lengths), all other sizes available upon request. -40°F to +194°F

Flanged composite hose
Versatile, durable hose designed for the pump rental Industry, the Global flanged composite hose replaces the heavy rubber suction and discharge hoses commonly used in the pump rental market. This hose provides extreme flexibility, light-weight handling and excellent service life. Excellent for the transfer of water, dirty oily water and light chemicals. Available from 4″ to 12″ diameters; 10 or 20 ft lengths; and crimped couplings.

SS chem hose
A lightweight flexible chemical transfer hose designed for almost every common industrial chemical used in industry today. Non-staining UHMW tube. Available from 2″ to 8″ diameters; 10 or 20 ft lengths; Global QD fittings, camlock, or NPT.

Global Pump’s pipe plugs are offered in a wide variety of sizes from 8″ to 96″ (200 mm to 9600 mm) in diameter. An inventory of plugs is maintained to allow for quick response to emergency events.

Global Pump road ramps are the solution when a temporary crossing is required over a pipeline. Ideal for use in bypass pumping, dewatering, or water supply, the road ramps allow pumping across a road or access area.

Whether commercial, industrial or residential, Global Pump road ramps allow low traffic access across 4′ or 40′ pipelines.
