Wellpoint pumps
The Global Pump wellpoint pump series is designed to effectively handle the arduous requirements of wellpoint and underdrain dewatering systems where intermittent water flow and large amounts of air are encountered.
Global standard centrifugal (GSC) wellpoint
Global Pump standard centrifugal wellpoint pumps provide a compact, dependable, highly efficient solution in a completely automatic priming pump with built-in air separation. A high efficiency air separation tank separates air and water before entering the pump, while a condensation chamber with drain contains any condensation or water vapor from the air. An oil recovery system separates and removes oil and other particulates from the discharge air, and the centrifugal wellpoint pumps are flexible for reliable operation.

Global standard rotary (GSR) wellpoint
Global Pump standard rotary wellpoint pumps efficiently handle both water and air, offering ease of use with automatic discharge pressure development. Featuring a pulsation-free, four-lobe rotor design and replaceable wear plates, these pumps are built for durability. Equipped with a flexible coupling and engine-mounted gearbox, ensuring separation between the pump head and gearbox and preventing cross-contamination. Large suction and discharge header tanks enable easy priming, draining, and solids settling, while a recirculation line keeps the rotors wetted. For maintenance, the rotors, seals, and cover can be accessed by removing the front cover.

Global standard piston (GSP) wellpoint
The Global Pump standard double piston wellpoint pump is designed to pump water with or without air along with all combinations in between. The gentle pulsation of the flow from the piston pump prevents wellpoint clogging, reduces piping losses, and helps maintain vacuum and efficiency. It also automatically primes and reprimes without air elimination systems or operator intervention.
Sound attenuation
Global Pump’s SoundGuard sound attenuated enclosure is optional for all diesel-driven units. They’re made of 12-gauge double-sided galvanneal steel sheet panels insulated with fire retardant acoustical foam. SoundGuard enclosures reduce noise level to no more than 68 db at 30 feet (9 m). Custom db levels are available to meet design requirements. Panels are removable for maintenance and repair. Lockable panel doors provide easy access to the pump, engine, priming system and controls for routine servicing, lubrication and fueling.
